Welcome to DynamixFlare. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our website, educational programs, and services related to decentralized application development. By accessing dynamixflare.com or participating in our programs, you agree to these terms.
We operate from Taiwan and serve students globally. While our business is located in Taipei, all instruction and materials are provided in English. If you don't agree with these terms, please discontinue use of our services immediately.

1. Acceptance and Modifications
These terms create a binding agreement between you and DynamixFlare. We reserve the right to update these terms as our programs evolve or as regulatory requirements change. When modifications occur, we'll post the updated version with a new effective date.
Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend checking this page periodically, especially before enrolling in new programs or services.
2. Eligibility and Account Requirements
2.1 Age and Capacity
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our services. By creating an account, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

3. Educational Services and Enrollment
3.1 Program Descriptions
Our programs focus on decentralized application development, blockchain technologies, and related technical skills. While we describe program content and objectives in good faith, curriculum details may change to reflect industry developments or educational improvements.
We do not guarantee specific career outcomes, employment placement, or income levels. Your success depends on multiple factors including effort, prior experience, market conditions, and individual circumstances.
3.2 Program Requirements
- Complete prerequisite assessments where required

 - Submit assignments and projects by specified deadlines
 - Respect instructor guidance and program structure
 - Engage professionally with other students and instructors
 
3.3 Schedule and Availability
Programs typically begin in autumn 2025 and early 2026. Specific dates, times, and formats are provided during enrollment. We try to maintain published schedules but occasionally need to adjust for instructor availability, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Your Responsibilities
Attend scheduled sessions when possible. Complete coursework with academic honesty. Provide feedback to help improve programs. Maintain professional conduct in all interactions.
Our Commitments
Deliver quality instruction and current content. Provide timely feedback on your work. Support your learning with available resources. Communicate clearly about program expectations.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
4.1 Our Content
All materials provided through our programs—including lectures, videos, code examples, documentation, and assessments—are owned by DynamixFlare or licensed to us. You receive a limited license to access and use these materials solely for your personal educational purposes during your enrollment.
- You may not redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit our materials
 - Recording sessions without permission is prohibited
 - Sharing account access with others violates these terms
 - You may reference concepts learned in your own work, but copying substantial portions of our proprietary materials is not allowed
 
4.2 Your Content
Projects and assignments you create remain your intellectual property. However, by submitting work for evaluation, you grant us a license to review, provide feedback, and use anonymized examples for educational purposes in future programs.
If you create something particularly innovative during the program, you retain ownership. We won't claim rights to your personal projects or commercial applications you develop.
5. Payment Terms and Refunds
5.1 Fees and Payment
Program fees are specified during enrollment. Payment schedules, accepted methods, and any installment options are outlined in your enrollment agreement. All fees are in Taiwan dollars unless otherwise stated.
Late payments may result in account suspension or loss of access to program materials. We'll provide notice before taking such action, and you'll have an opportunity to bring your account current.
5.2 Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on when you withdraw and the specific program terms. Generally, full or partial refunds are available if you withdraw before certain program milestones. No refunds are provided after program completion or for voluntary withdrawals past specified deadlines.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@dynamixflare.com. We process approved refunds within 30 business days using your original payment method.
6. Acceptable Use and Conduct
Our community values respect, collaboration, and professional conduct. The following behaviors are prohibited:
- Harassment, discrimination, or intimidation of any kind
 - Submitting others' work as your own or facilitating academic dishonesty
 - Attempting to access restricted systems or other users' accounts
 - Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
 - Using our platform for spam, advertising, or commercial solicitation
 - Disrupting classes or creating a hostile learning environment
 - Violating applicable laws or regulations
 
Violations may result in warnings, account suspension, or immediate termination without refund, depending on severity. We investigate reported incidents and take appropriate action to maintain a safe learning environment.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
We collect and process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to data collection and processing as outlined there.

Our programs are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that our services will meet your specific needs, operate without interruption, or be error-free. Technical issues may occasionally affect platform availability.
Educational outcomes vary based on individual effort, background, and circumstances. We provide quality instruction but cannot warrant specific results, career advancement, or income levels.
8.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DynamixFlare's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or opportunities.
Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so these may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or intentional misconduct.
9. Third-Party Services and Links
Our platform may integrate third-party tools, libraries, or services for educational purposes. We may also link to external resources relevant to course content. These third parties have their own terms and privacy policies—we don't control or endorse them.
When you interact with third-party services through our platform, their terms apply. We're not responsible for their practices, availability, or content.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
10.1 Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Taiwanese law, with jurisdiction in the courts of Taipei City.
10.2 Dispute Resolution
Before initiating formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve concerns. Many issues can be addressed through direct communication. If informal resolution fails, you agree to pursue resolution through the appropriate legal channels in Taiwan.
Both parties retain the right to seek injunctive relief for violations of intellectual property rights or confidentiality obligations.
11. General Provisions
11.1 Entire Agreement
These terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any enrollment agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and DynamixFlare regarding your use of our services. They supersede any prior understandings or agreements.
11.2 Severability
If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, or removed if modification isn't possible. The remaining provisions continue in full effect.
11.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision doesn't waive our right to enforce it later. No waiver is effective unless made in writing by an authorized representative.
11.4 Assignment
You may not transfer or assign your rights under these terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to any successor or affiliate in connection with a merger, acquisition, or business transfer.
11.5 Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, network failures, or other force majeure events. We'll make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption and resume normal operations.
